Mark Erelli breathes some new life into these tracks which is the idea, I suppose. On first glance, tracks like Against All Odds garner a "Huh?" until you hear it (and stop listening for the iconic drum). Not a stinker in the bunch, and a crack band to boot (Royal City Band).
